It was fairly clean, and the people were skilled! Had exceptional American breakfast with espresso drinks and freshly cooked eggs, for example. Efficient location to casino lugano.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was stunning right by train station, less than 5 minutes walking from the main square. The rooms with terrace, large balcony and a stunning view. Superfriendly staff, they smile all the time.

Terrific room, hotel in a charming location. Smart staff, were easily accessible, and any requests were accommodated. The buffet breakfast was exquisite, that was my favorite part.

The staff were easily accessible, the location was exquisite. The staff did all they can for an EXCEPTIONAL stay.

Facilities were clean, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

Friendly location in the lovely area, tidy rooms, and warm staff. They made my stay fab. Particularly good view of tower. The American breakfast was reasonable, I appreciated it. Good value and nice service. Fairly clean and stunningly beautiful hotel in Lugano City-Centre district.
